Staying in the executive room with sea views on the 3rd floor was amazing, offering a perfect vantage point to overlook the pools and the bay. The room was super clean, had large comfortable beds, and included nice extras like complimentary water, robe, slippers, and toiletries daily. However, the service was not consistently up to the expected level of a high-caliber hotel. The location, while beautiful with a nice view, could use a bit more attention. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, lacked some essentials to keep food warm. On the positive side, the hotel provides tours/ticket assistance and happy hour, enhancing the overall stay.
